3 members of Dreamcatcher have decided to leave their agency, Dreamcatcher Company.
In a statement shared by Dreamcatcher Company, they announced members Handong, Dami, and Gahyun will leave the agency, but still remain part of the group.
Hello, this is Dreamcatcher Company.
First of all, we would like to thank the fans who have loved and supported Dreamcatcher.
Our contracts with Dreamcatcher members Handong, Dami, and Gahyun are set to expire on March 31, 2025.
After in-depth discussions and careful considerations between the company and the members, it was mutually decided that there would be no contract renewals, instead respecting each others’ opinions. Although our contractual relationship has concluded, we have decided to continue to work together as Dreamcatcher out of both affection and trust within the group.
We would like to express our gratitude to Handong, Dami, and Gahyun for doing their best on all of their activities during their eight years at Dreamcatcher Company and we will sincerely support their future endeavors. In addition, we would like to thank the fans for sending their constant love right alongside them.
In addition, members JiU, SuA, Siyeon, and Yoohyun will have various activities this year. JiU, SuA, and Yoohyun will promote as a unit and Siyeon will promote within a band. They will all be showing new sides of themselves to their fans while Handong, Dami, and Gahyun will take step for their new chapter, so we ask for your continued support, interest, and love for all of the members.
Thank you.
