In October 2024, Kim Sae Ron was reported to be appearing in a film titled Guitar Man. Guitar Man tells the story of an underground band and their highs and lows after recruiting a new singer and guitarist, played by Lee Sun Jung, CEO of Sungwon Pharmaceutical.
Lee, a musician in real life, was said to have bankrolled the project. Kim Sae Ron was spotted filming for the movie in October 2024, though it was alleged that the project needed a new director the following month.
The latest reports share that the film was completed in November and is currently in post-production.
There is currently no scheduled release date for Guitar Man.
