Following a recent revelation by Garo Sero Institute, it was reported that Kim Sae Ron‘s late aunt exposed an alleged relationship between Kim Sae Ron and actor Kim Soo Hyun.
In a phone conversation between Kim Se Ui and the aunt, it was disclosed that Kim Sae Ron and Kim Soo Hyun started dating in 2015, when Kim Sae Ron was 15 and Kim Soo Hyun was 27. Their relationship continued for six years, ending in 2021. The issue has caused great controversy because of their large age gap. She was also a minor back then.
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that Kim Soo Hyun had been cast in the upcoming Disney Plus series Knock Off, which is scheduled to air this year.
According to an interview Kim Soo Hyun had with the Italian fashion magazine Esquire in January, about half of the filming for Knock Off had already been completed. As it is now March, it is assumed that filming has progressed further. Jo Bo Ah stars opposite Kim Soo Hyun, and the two have already begun promotions for it.
Netizens urge him to either pay the fines for breaking the contract and withdraw, or to prove his innocence.
