Viral “Pikki Pikki Dance” Cheerleader’s New Revealing Profile Picture Sparks Heated Debate

Her outfits earned scathing reviews.

In 2024, cheerleader Lee Ju Eun became a household name in the Korea Baseball Organization League with a video of her doing the KIA Tigers baseball team’s “Pikki Pikki Dance” in the middle of fixing her makeup (now with 93M views). The dance, done to celebrate when the opposing team’s batter strikes out, also became a viral sensation, with people from all over the world doing the “Pikki Pikki Challenge.”

Since then, Lee Ju Eun has switched teams twice. In January 2025, it was officially announced that she had joined the “Fubon Angels” squad, which is part of the Taiwan Professional Baseball League.

Some praised Lee Ju Eun’s gorgeousness and welcomed her back to the KBO League…

Lee Ju Eun is so pretty, I’m in love.

…while others questioned the need for cheerleading outfits to be so revealing.

Can we please start regulating cheerleader outfits… I get that the main target audience for cheerleaders is male, but still. There are a lot of young kids and minors who come to the games. Cheerleaders are not idols, and the level of exposure in their outfits seems to be getting worse. We get more and more families coming to see baseball together; What we need is someone to lead the cheering. Good for the cheerleaders who are pretty, but we don’t need sexy cheerleaders.

One tweet, with over 17.5K Likes, called out the oversexualization of cheerleaders—slamming the KBO League for using the cheerleaders’ bodies to sell tickets to male audiences.

This outfit is literally trying to do so much. Gotta show those armpits, the belly button, some cleavage, all the thighs, and even a little bit of the arms through those see-through sleeves… So damn greedy.

Some also pitched the Doosan Bears cheerleaders whose cheering uniforms for the season were revealed to be a comfortable T-shirt and shorts:

Look at my darling Doosan Bears cheerleaders’ outfits! Love how comfy they look.
