Following the allegations regarding the late actress Kim Sae Ron, netizens threatened to boycott brands if they didn’t cut ties with the actor.

One of the brands that netizens prompted to cut ties was Prada, which Kim Soo Hyun was made an ambassador of at the end of 2024.
Netizens tweeted the brand asking them to take action.

On March 14, Prada made a direct statement regarding the controversy, explaining that they had cut ties with the actor.
We would like to inform you that after considering the severity of the issue, our collaboration with Kim Soo Hyun has been mutually concluded. The contract has been terminated. The decision came from headquarters.
