On a recent variety show focused on beauty, Kwon Eunbi asked Tiffany if she ate any instant food such as rice cakes and ramyun. She admitted that she might have rice cakes a few times a year, but she rarely eats ramyun.

This is because she feels like her beauty doesn’t hit its peak when she doesn’t nourish her body.

Even if you eat good [supplements] and apply expensive products on yourself, if my body isn’t a good condition to properly absorb it, there’s no use. After eating [ramyun], I feel that it’s bad for my body and I end up not eating it.
