“Single’s Inferno” Lee Si An Spills All Her Weight Loss Tips

Single’s Inferno star Lee Si An went through a huge transformation over the years. When she appeared on Produce 48, she captured hearts with her lovable personality and outgoing nature. She still had baby fats at this time, and self-proclaimed to weigh in the late 50s to early 60 kgs.

When she appeared on Single’s Inferno in 2025, fans were shocked to see that she had done a 180. Gone were her chubby cheeks and muscles. She was slim and svelte!

In a YouTube tell-all, Lee Si An spilled her dieting tips and tricks. One of the main tips that helped her maintain and lose at least 5kg of weight was keeping a long fasting period. This is also known as intermittent fasting. Lee Si An recommends keeping it for as long as you can after 6pm. She does not eat after 6pm, making even an early breakfast meal in the morning at least 12 to 16 hours away.

Si An also shared that reducing gatherings with friends during important periods of time can help, as it cuts down on alcohol and needless binging. She recommends one to pick out healthy food on the table if it cannot be helped. For example, if her friends ordered soybean paste stew, she would eat the tofu and vegetables in it.
